In this group, tweens will:

🎉 Welcome to the team, Riley! 🎉

We’re excited to welcome Riley Corder as our newest clinical therapist at Reach Counseling.

Riley works with children ages 3 and up, and he has a special passion for supporting tweens and teens who are struggling. He brings a natural sense of playfulness, creativity, and connection into sessions, which helps kids feel comfortable, understood, and engaged right from the start.

⭐ We’re also excited to share that Riley will be offering a Social Skills Group for middle school students, designed to help kids build confidence, connection, and real-life social skills in a supportive group setting.

🎉 Welcome to the team, Lindsey! 🎉

We’re so excited to welcome Lindsey Tomlin to Reach Counseling as a Master’s-level Counselor Intern from University of North Texas (Supervised by Elora Renouf, LPC).

✨ Lindsey currently has a couple of openings available at a reduced rate of $40 per session. ✨
This can be a great option for families looking for high-quality care at a lower cost.

Lindsey is especially passionate about working with children ages 3–8 using child-centered play therapy, and we love her thoughtful, gentle approach with young kids. She also has a special heart for supporting children with chronic illnesses, helping them cope with the emotional and life challenges that come with complex medical needs.

We’re thrilled to have Lindsey learning and growing with us, and we know the families she works with will feel her warmth and care right away. 💛

We’re excited to share an upcoming virtual parent group led by one of our own therapists, Ashley Clark, in collaboration with SENG (Supporting Emotional Needs of the Gifted).

This group is designed for parents and caregivers of twice-exceptional (2e) kids.

What does “twice-exceptional” mean?
2e kids are both gifted and have additional learning differences, such as ADHD, autism, Dyslexia, or mental health concerns. These kids are often bright, creative, and intense—while also needing extra support emotionally, socially, or academically.

If you’re parenting a gifted child who also struggles—and you’ve ever felt confused, overwhelmed, or alone—this group may be a great fit.
