They’re not just incredible entrepreneurs, they’re some of my dearest friends. If you’ve ever heard me talk about my Be Hive girls… this is the clan (minus one 🫶).

People love to say getting out into the community and networking is a waste of time. Funny thing is, had I believed that, I never would’ve found this crew. And that would’ve been a real loss.

Happy Tuesday! LET'S TALK COLLAGEN!

I feel like this is a "hot button" health and wellness term floating around right now but not everyone knows why or understands why it's SUPER IMPORTANT as well as what it can do for your GUT.

Feeling wrecked after a workout ≠ effective.

One of the biggest fitness myths for women is believing:
“If I’m exhausted, sore, and drained… it must be working.”

Not always.

When it comes to building and protecting muscle, constant exhaustion can actually slow progress.

✨ Quick science, Fun Size style:
Your muscles take orders from your brain. When your central nervous system (CNS) gets fried, it can’t fully activate muscles, coordinate movement, or send strong signals.

Translation?
You feel tired… but your muscles didn’t get the memo to grow.

When workouts push exhaustion every time:

• Injury risk goes up
• Recovery takes longer
