One of my biggest reasons WHY I've made so many swaps and changes for myself and in my household? HER.
When you know better, you do better right?
And THAT is my biggest goal.
Because I want to do what I can to hopefully help her from having some of the same hormone struggles that I had.
Because those small changes really DO matter.
Because the endocrine disruptors, birth control epidemic, and what we use on, in, and around our bodies impacts our daughters and those around us.

That makes complete sense. And honestly… that desire is really tender, not funny at all. 💗

Do you eat beans? 🫘
As hormones shift in perimenopause, digestion likes to change the rules without telling us 🙃
Beans provide fermentable fiber that feeds your gut bacteria — and that matters because a supported gut helps with:

This is just what happens when women’s physiology gets ignored. 🙃
Strength training isn’t about looking cute in leggings.
Fueling isn’t about “earning your food.”
It’s about protecting your hormones, bones, muscles, and future-you
(the one who still wants to get off the floor without making weird noises 😅).

I feel like this is the time of year that everyone and their mom is sick with something going around. And this year especially, I know the flu has been bad for so many people. No seriously, did you know you can't balance your hormones if you're not pooping daily? Constipation is one of THE MOST overlooked contributors to hormone imbalance. It's the quiet disruptor of your whole system.
