Patricia’s approach is warm, encouraging, and filled with hope. Her expertise and caring nature create a safe space where strengths can be brought forward to access truth and freedom. She specializes in working with children, adolescents, and families. An expert in anxiety, depression, and parenting issues, Patricia is fascinated by the wealth of potential found in life transitions. She walks with clients through their current struggles so that they emerge brilliantly on the other side, with a sense of peace, even when the circumstances have not changed. She is multicultural and multilingual, offering sessions in Spanish, Portuguese, and English. Patricia uses cognitive behavioral therapy, art, and attachment science to help clients reach their goals. She offers Christian counseling if requested by clients.

Hi & welcome to all of the new faces here! Meet our clinical provider Amy Isom, MA, NCC, LPC.

Amy is a national board-certified counselor & a licensed professional counselor with over 12 years of experience providing person – centered care. She is EMDR, CBT, DBT and ACT trained, and is also certified as a life & business coach.

She obtained her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. Her background in social work, ministry, and leadership all serve as pillars for the empathetic, yet authentic way she holds space for her clients.

As a psychotherapist, Amy mainly diagnoses and treats anxiety, depression, PTSD and some mood disorders. She specializes in working with couples who are working through dysfunctional patterns, parenting difficulties and communication challenges.

Amy also works with adult women and men experiencing challenges with impacts of trauma, goal setting, simplification, leadership development, relationship issues, boundary setting, insecurities, and co-dependency / people pleasing. Amy mainly diagnoses and treats anxiety, depression, and some mood disorders.

As an author, speaker, and community builder, Amy has a passion for group therapy and facilitating corperate training for local companies and teams. Amy has a way of strategically stretching her clients in a gentle yet impactful way that often produces timely results, reframed mindsets, and rest for their soul.
