Heritage House at Keller Rehab & Nursing is a premier 120-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, serving the healthcare needs of the greater Keller, Texas area. Located at 1150 Whitley Road in Keller, Texas, we offer 24-hour comprehensive inpatient care to our residents. Services include exceptional long-term care and short-term rehabilitation for individuals coming from an acute-care setting, hospice and respite care, and much more. Our highly-trained team of nurses, aides, as well as physical, occupational, and speech therapists carefully tailor unique recovery programs for each resident.

We’re thrilled to spotlight Martee Logan, one of our amazing CNAs here at Heritage House of Keller! Martee has been part of our team for 1 year and 6 months, and in that time, she’s truly made a lasting impact on both our residents and their families.
Martee is known for always going above and beyond—whether it’s providing compassionate care, lending a helping hand, or making our residents smile. She also plays a key role in mentoring and training new CNAs, leading with patience, kindness, and professionalism.

Employee Spotlight! Amanda Muñoz is a dedicated social work professional with a strong background in nonprofit organizations, healthcare, and long-term care advocacy. She earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Stephen F. Austin State University and her Master of Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Throughout her career, Amanda has served diverse communities across Tarrant County, including her work as a Long-Term Care Ombudsman, where she advocated for the rights and well-being of residents in care facilities. Her professional experience reflects a deep commitment to empowering individuals and improving systems of care through compassion, integrity, and collaboration.
Outside of her professional life, Amanda enjoys spending time with her daughter and their dog. She is also an avid fan of Texas Rangers baseball.
