With the current EHV/EHM outbreak going on we are not accepting any haul ins for therapy in an effort to keep the horses that live at our facility safe. Once this all passes haul in spots will be available but until then please be patient and understand that the decrease in availability is due to the increase of travel. If you have a scheduled appointment with me at your facility and your horse becomes feverish or displays symptoms or has been in close contact with one that has please contact me and we can discuss options of rescheduling. Half way through the Snaffle Bit with two trips down and two trips back north with two more of both to go! This life is fast paced and just like the horses in the arena we are made to move! This week has been special in having the opportunity to work on both horses and riders.

We believe in the partnership! Neither the horse or rider can compete with out each other but when either body is out of sink the partnership struggles. The ability to cue the horse and the ability for them to respond quickly and correctly lies with in the same two parts of each… the body and mind. If the body is imbalanced the mind will struggle but if the body is correct the mind can focus!

What an incredible week it has been! We feel honored and blessed to have gotten the opportunity to service Deacon Equine at the Hackamore Classic in Tulsa. Definitely a fine example of horsemanship, leadership and teamwork! It doesn’t take much time to see they believe in bettering both horses and humans in and out of the arena!

It has never been just about the horse… but now we are putting more public focus on the human side the same way we do with the horses.
