Are you actually eating for your goals?
For me, it’s all about maintaining my current physique—and this breakfast is a daily staple.
1 cup of oats + ½ cup frozen berries, soaked overnight. In the morning, I drain, add ¼ of a Premier Protein shake, and a dash of cinnamon.
It’s simple, but it fuels my workouts without leaving me feeling heavy or bloated.
Macros: 18g protein | 65g carbs | 7g fat
