InsideOut Wellness I offer colonics with the LIBBE system. FDA-approved and I-ACT certified. Hi, my name is Sarah Titus. In 1994, I married my husband, Jim.

I was born Sarah Welborn and raised in the Kenai, Soldotna, and Nikiski areas. Over the next 26 years, I worked at home raising and homeschooling our 4 children. Now that they are adults, I began looking for what God would have me do in this next chapter of my life. Due to some health challenges, my health care practitioner recommended I do some colonics. This is how I was introduced to the LIBBE system. As I continued to pray and consider my future, I knew this was it! I’ve always had a passion to help people feel better. Due to my health challenges, I was limited, but this was a perfect fit for me. I am passionate about helping people feel better inside and out, and that is exactly what colonics can do. That is how InsideOut Wellness was born. I am excited to help support you on your journey to build a healthier you!!
