Please Meet Whitney Hitchcock!

I first met Whitney at New Beginnings Gym where we worked together for two years. Even then, she was a powerhouse: personal training, organizing mud runs, working out like crazy, always on the go, all while getting her culinary degree! This woman has a knack for verbal inventing & facial expressions, she’ll keep you laughing for days! She makes what truley is deplorable,(2 minute planks), feel meh, not so bad. I knew she’d be a perfect fit for Tides.

She was the first & only person I showed our original space to, & her thoughtful feedback was invaluable. Whitney is incredibly humble, a busy mom of three, & a loving wife. She Is Trustworthy.

Why do we love her classes? She’s an awesome instructor because she’s so down-to-Earth. But don’t let that, her beauty, or her humor, fool you – she’ll give you a workout for sure! You must try her latest class, "STRONG." Don't know about lifting weights? She's your girl!

Whitney, thank you for ten years of loyalty through every tide of life. You are so irreplaceable!
