I had a beautiful time working w/ the KJ7 Community Development Association and promoting 7 Ridges Holistic Health. I taught fractures and splinting for KJ7 and did yoga demos & talked about self-care w/ the kids. Congratulations to Polly Thompson for winning the self-care basket, filled w/ all kinds of goodies for eating right and taking care of yourself.

Aromatherapy is a true passion of mine. I will offer more Aromatherapy and herbal classes at the new location in Kendrick.

The level of skills, knowledge and experience within the membership of the Women's Nez Perce / Latah Counties Women's Business Network is exceptional. Each event allows women living within our serving area to learn something new and of value to their lives each time we meet.
