Kaiser Home Health Services provides high quality, skilled care for patients in their own homes, promoting safety, health and independence.

We serve home-bound patients age 18 and older in Karnes, Atascosa, Wilson, Live Oak, Bee, Goliad and DeWitt counties. Kaiser Home Health is staffed by experienced, licensed clinicians trained to provide the compassionate care your family deserves. Working as a team with your Physician(s), Kaiser Home Health helps ensure safe and appropriate treatment, in the comfort of your own home. Our nurses provide the necessary medical care and if required, your wound care supplies as ordered that best meet your needs, and we monitor your condition during your convalescence or rehabilitation after an illness, hospitalization, or surgery. Our therapy team strives to ensure you are safely navigating within your home environment, and helps to improve and maintain your strength and functioning for independance with activities of daily living. Kaiser Home Health's clinicians alert your Physician to early signs or symptoms of complications. Our Nurses and our Speech, Physical and Occupational Therapists guide you, a member of your family, or a friend how to improve your strength, mobility and safety, as well as how to manage your health, sharing with you important information about your medications, diet, and your disease process.

We cannot believe it has been 3 months today since Kaiser Orthopedics and the offices of Dr. Frederick Krause have been here on our OKMH campus! They have seen hundreds of patients in their clinic offices, referred many to our Kaiser Home Health team, as well as our PT Department here at the hospital and performed dozens of surgeries here in our OR - all with rave reviews! As we continue to build the practice here in Karnes County, we want to ask you to help us along a little with our Google reviews by following the link below. What a great visit we had with the Kenedy ISD CNA students and their Instructor this week! Several departments shared the educational requirements and job duties in their respective healthcare fields with this awesome group. They were also able to tour the nursing areas where CNA's would be utilized such as Med/Surg, ER, Surgery, the Kaiser Family Practice Clinic and here in Home Health. We hope to see some of them back when they graduate, to work here in their hometown hospital!
