Many clients ask me why is important to have regular sessions or why schedule the next one when you have just finished a session, and here are the three main reasons:
☑️ The cumulative benefits - the long term, sustainable improvement in mental and physical health - better posture, reduced chronic pain, more flexibility, less stress and anxiety levels, and so many more. The more you get bodywork, more your body recognizes therapeutic touch and what it brings.
☑️ The ability to build upon the last session - continuity s important, every time you come, we can keep the work we have started, instead of starting from point zero every time. Being able to continue the work is what makes massage incredible, being able to notice improvement feels great.
☑️ Action plan - when you have regular sessions, we can actually have a structured program to achieve your wellness goal - and measure progress. We will be able to create a long-lasting improvement to your specific issue.
After agreeing on a number of sessions, we can always revisit and reassess where you are, how your body is responding, and how to proceed.
