I'm Adam Green, PT, owner of Boulevard Physical Therapy. I graduated from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey with a MSPT, Masters of Science Physical Therapy degree, and have over 16 years experience. I have practiced physical therapy in hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, orthopedic and sports training offices, as a home care therapist, managed an outpatient Kessler, and owned and operated Synergy Physical Therapy & Sports Training, before taking the opportunity to open up Boulevard Physical Therapy in Kenilworth, NJ. Here at BPT we accept most health insurance plans, including motor vehicle and workmen's comp insurances. We also offer flexible self-pay plans. We utilize our years of experience and extensive continuing education background to incorporate a customized patient specific assessment and treatment plan for each client of BPT...so that they achieve and exceed their goals. We work together using a combination of multiple world renowned assessment and treatment techniques, to find the right treatment for you. It is BPT's ultimate goal to work together as a team with our clientele to ensure they have a positive experience, achieve their goals, and are proud to refer us to family and friends.
