There are big changes coming to Compass Health!
Starting soon, all chronic labs will be processed through Northern Plains Lab. With that, the blood will be drawn in the clinic, processed for transport, and taken by currier to Bismarck with results the next day.
We’ll also be offering cash pay options through Rupa Health so please ask about pricing if that’s what interests you.

Have you gotten a big bill when you had labs completed? Please reach out and let us know. We’re trying to find the source of the problem and potentially change lab providers if we can’t remedy the situation.

Compass Health will have limited hours June 15-28 while our provider is out of the office for military training. You can still call and talk to staff in the mornings if needed. Otherwise please utilize your patient portal for messages and call the pharmacy if you need medication refills.
