Just in time for her birthday tomorrow, introducing one of our hygienists, Jennifer! Jen first joined our practice in December 2019 as a temp hygienist, but we loved her so much that we asked her to come on full time. Jen has been a dental hygienist for 30 years, practicing all over the world as she followed her husband's military career. Lucky for us though, her husband just recently retired so she is here to stay! Jen’s freetime involves traveling, reading, cooking, getting out into nature, & playing with her 1yr old pup. She is also a certified sailing instructor so you can come to her for your dental and sailing needs. 

Jennifer deems herself a dental nerd at heart. She loves educating her patients and helping them succeed in their at home oral care. Being in Jens care is an entertaining time, as her patients can expect tons of funny tales of her many travels, all while listening to her very versatile music playlist, ranging from musical soundtracks, to sea shanty’s, to some classic rock.

They truly want to be the best for our patients and work hard at it. Every team member pushes themselves with continuing education, career broadening, and mentorship to each other. They allow me to take the time I need for my patients without rushing. And, thankfully they are not afraid of laughing!! Next up we have Dr. Elisabeth Easley! Dr. Easley partnered with Dr. Tarleton in December 2019 in running IPANW. Dr. Easley is a practicing Diplomat of the American Board of Periodontology. She holds a BA from UC Davis, a Dental Doctorate and Master of Public Health from A.T. Still University, and a Master of Science and Certificate in Periodontics from The University of Nebraska Medical Center. Dr. Easley is also trained and certified in the administration of IV conscious sedation.

Although she loves hanging out at home with her husband and cats, she also has a passion for finding new adventures outdoors. While in Dr. Easleys chair, you can expect a story or two of her time exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest whether that’s via hiking, camping, or enjoying the culinary scene. If exploring and cooking isn’t keeping her too busy, she also has a heart for volunteering, Dr. Easley has served on international dental trips to Costa Rica, Cambodia, and the Dominican Republic; she also volunteers locally with homeless and veteran organizations and no kill animal rescues.

Introducing Dr. Jon Tarleton, DDS, MSD!

Dr. Tarleton took over IPANW's practice in September of 2018 when previous owners, Dr. Gottlieb & Dr. Cohen, retired. Dr. Tarleton started working toward becoming a dentist at college in Hawaii, then to the University of Washington, and finally to Brigham Young University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He continued with his dental education at University of the Pacific in San Francisco, CA and completed his specialty training in Periodontics at St Louis University in Missouri.

You can usually find Dr. Tarleton somewhere in the office whistling to himself or laughing with patients. You will never catch him without a smile on his face. He brings his kindness and a warm demeanor to everyone he interacts with. Jon is very family oriented, so in his free time, he likes to hang out with his wife & 6 children, eating good food & doing any activity that keeps his hands busy. He enjoys motorcycling, building, watching movies, playing piano, & generally just having a good time.
