As a coach I love and recommend this but I’d add when you get on your knees take that time to lean into God and spend some time there in His presence. Crawl away but when you lift yourself up on to your feet all your Heavenly Father to rise you up in His strength!

Ever notice that when God is trying to change you… you find yourself in situations that bring up the yuck in you. Yesterday I came into a conversation mid way and well said something after the fact that was judging and wrong! It sounded harsh and so out of character that I “heard”myself. It really opened my eyes to an area of my heart that needed some healing. We are all a work in progress so I did some heart searching and got before God asking for forgiveness and healing.
I want my brokenness not to get in the way of reflecting Him to others.

Have you been in that situation before? Have you allowed God to change your heart ?

Rooted & Rising hopes to inspire women to live fulfilling and successful lives, seeking peace in her decisions, love in her relationships and purpose in her life. Rooted & Rising believes that every woman has been created in the image of God and is infinitely valued by and significant to Him.

The Rooted & Rising Project uses Life coaching as a platform to reach women rising up and transitioning after a traumatic experience or loss. Coaching is the process of asking though-provoking questions and providing a safe space to explore answers,empowering others to take action, learn, grow, and ultimately get moving towards their goals. All women are welcome to join our community and share in life’s journey.
