Amidst traumatic world events + the tragedy that hit close to home in Lewiston, Maine this week, I will be holding space at the Center today, Sunday, October 29th starting at 2:22PM for anyone who is struggling + needs a safe, loving, healing place to relax in a restorative position, reset + restore their energy in the Himalayan Salt Room while experiencing the healing vibrations of the Vietnamese Brass Gong. This is a complementary event. It’s FREE. Please share with anyone who may need this.... + message before noon to reserve your space.

Nicole Holbrook of Granddaughter Creative will be here with her beautiful Handmade & One of a Kind Pattern Designed Journals, Minimal Planners, Framable Greeting Cards, Fine Art Quality Prints, Inspirational Posters, Lunar Calendars, Bookmarks, & more. Nicole intentionally imbues her wild heart into her work, making it spirited and playful. The whimsical, forestcore, earthy artistic style has inspired many to tap into their childlike spirit.

Barbara Foss of Hypnotherapy Comfort Zone, LLC will also be here. Barbara has been a Certified Clinical Hypnotist for over 21 years and is registered to practice clinical hypnosis in the State of Maine. Barbara will be here offering the following healing sessions.

Kinetic Chain Release session: $45 for 35 minutes. Kinetic Chain Release is the first step in a smoking cessation or weight loss group hypnosis program that Barbara will be offering at Sweetfern this Fall. Helllo there. ‘It’s been awhile!’

Life happens + sometimes it’s a challenge juggling all the things ... the big decisions I consciously made in 2022 put me in a place of needing to really lean on others. I’m incredibly grateful to all the beautiful souls who’ve supported me. It’s not easy for a healer - who finds it easy to give, yet a challenge to receive. It’s growth. It feels amazing, very freeing, to be on the other side of these transformative times. During this time I needed to own that I couldn’t do it all myself as well as give myself permission to let somethings fall my list... without judgment. I have missed the community + connections. I encourage you to give yourself a break. Go ahead.... it’s ok.

It’s Sweetfern’s 4th anniversary today! What a journey it has been. Nearly a decade ago the seeds were germinating for my own healing space. Then five years ago the departure from my corporate career opened the gates to transformation... to allowing me to step further in my power + into sharing my gifts. A soul’s calling.

Once I stepped forward, made the commitment + set intentions, spirit delivered ... the guidance to find the location, to co-create Sweetfern + the Himalayan Salt Room - it all just flowed nearly effortlessly. While I had prior energy attunements. I experienced Kundalini awakening just as I was about to host the grand opening... the center + salt room continue to receive the upgrades energetically as my energy shifts. The energy of the space is nurtured. I’ll always remember the excitement at the grand celebration + all those who showed up for it! 💗🙏🎉😇💫I never imagined back then the transformations that would occur + the subsequent blessings by stepping into this work.

It feels so good to be discussing + planning new events at the Center. I'm thrilled to share that on Friday, October 14th at 6:30PM Animal Communicator + Shamanic Practitioner, Michele Lowry of Nikoe Natural Therapies will be at the Center for a reading + signing of her new book, 'When Crooked Teeth Go Straight, 2nd Edition'.... musings shared by her beloved ten year old miniature horse, Sunshine. Michele will lead us in a meditation "Galaxy of the Heart" which Sunshine channeled to her recently for a class she was facilitating. You may purchase the new book that evening + Michele will happily sign it.

I'm also very excited to be working with Maine Indie Artist, Nicole Holbrook, again planning an art sale for November 12th from 10AM to 2PM. Nicole has been on an amazing creative journey... Of late, she has released many new gorgeous watercolor prints, 2023 lunar calendar, journals, t-shirts + more - all inspired by nature. Welcome first full day of Autumn!
I woke up feeling a shift with amazing new energy + clarity ... it’s almost the New Moon in Libra. A time for setting intentions + finding balance within. We’re still in Mercury retrograde season for ten or so more days; it may take a bit to get traction making real forward movement on projects. Hope you are feeling this new energy too. Happy Friday!

Throughout this year I’ve sensed my Mom’s presence more than any other time since she left this earth plane.... perhaps where I am in my own spiritual evolution... this transformative time.

Since Mother’s Day weekend I’ve been seeing deer. The first time I saw the deer in the Spring I received a text from my friend, that said “I’m Mom” while I was observing the deer. My friend said she didn’t type or send the text!

I also received a message passed on to me from another friend who received a message from spirit to be shared with me. The gist of the message, “We (my parents) are with you on this journey + everything is going to be OK.”

And over the weekend, on Saturday, I saw this sweet family (photo) in this vintage car. While admiring, I asked to take a photo, they agreed while the little boy in the front said “the radio doesn’t work.”This seriously could have been my Mom 50+ years ago... with her two boys... my brothers who came before me. And this, her spirit.... always ready for an adventure! A day trip.. the beach, the lake or to spend time with her family.

Yesterday, I had a group of Moms + Daughters come to experience the Salt Room.... celebrating one of the Mom’s 60th birthday. When I scheduled the appt for them 10 days prior, I thought how sweet these Moms were coming to experience the Salt Room, + of course, I thought of my Mom... then a few days later a call, their Daughters were joining. All this made me reflect on memories of my Mom. When the group arrived yesterday, one of the Moms resembled my Mom... so much. A hello from Mom.

If you’ve been looking for signs from loved ones... be open to what comes to you. Take a moment. Drop into your heart. Feel into a state of love ... it is from here we sense, we feel, we love.

It’s 9/9! We’re in the energy of endings + new beginnings. Are you feeling this? September is the 9th month... today is the 9th day. The last/highest single digit. Nine in numerology represents completion, 9/9 in its own power represents higher consciousness! It’s also almost the Harvest Full Moon. It is a Divine time to let go.... start anew.... whatever that means to you... you decide. We always have free will.

The new energy coming on the earth plane, the energy from the cosmos, the Sun + the Moon. It’s putting pressure on us to integrate anew - the energy, while adopting + adapting to new ways of being. Letting go of the old... anger, blame, shame, resentment, judgments, expectations, patterns -familial + societal- relationships, careers, material things we grip onto. You may be finding it difficult watching it unfold.

Some are feeling into the energies, integrating them + welcoming in a whole new way, new life energy, a beautiful new time. Truly letting go of the old ways. Yet some are not ready... on their own timeline... charging forth operating in the old way until they cannot anymore.. I can attest to this because that’s what happened to me when I awoke from my own intense grief... one day I simply couldn’t carry it all anymore + continue the same way I had been.

There are amazing miracles that exist in the surrender... on the other side of the intense challenges there's magick + miracles. When you trust in the process + let go of gripping the old, welcome in the new energy, + allow the healing + growth to happen; it's a raw process of transformation.
