🚫 Don’t believe everything you see on the internet!

We hear it all the time — a parent or baby starts care, and they want to bring the other parent… but fear sets in because of those dramatic “twisting and cracking” videos online.

Here’s the truth: chiropractic care doesn’t have to look or sound like that. Techniques like toggle or Thompson drop use gentle adjustments where you may not feel or hear anything at all — and they work just as effectively. 💜
