Want to extract the most nutrients from these two particular teas, Soak them!
Take a heaping third of the tea, place in a pint glass jar, pour over your hot water all the way to the top, cover immediately and let it steep all not. Wait until the tea has come to room temperature then refrigerate. In the morning, strain the tea, take 1/4 and warm and drink it twice a day. Do this everyday until the pint is gone, should be 5 or 6 days. You absorb so much more doing it this way ❤️
