Lungs not functioning correctly?
Besides the obvious smoking or va**ng, you could also be dehydrated, the digestive system is backed up and you are not eliminating as you should. Beware of toxic fragrances, that irritates the lungs such as perfumes, candles, plugs in etc. Too many mucus causing foods ESPECIALLY sugar.
Solution: Got sit yo sxx by a tree
Practice breathing exercises, that strengthens the lungs.You can find plenty on youtube.
Throw out the junk food
Teas: Breathe easy, Mucus buster, sore throat relief, Lymph cleanser
Lotions: Congestion free rub, Breathe easy lotion
The lungs love warm soups in the winter and purple onions
