A few years back I spent three days in Oklahoma City learning from Erik Dalton— a master of movement, anatomy, and healing. His humor and his heart made complex science feel alive in my hands.

He’s no longer with us, but his wisdom lives through every touch and every transformation in my room. Here’s to the teachers who pour into us so we can pour into others. 💛🙏✨
