Valentine’s Day Practical Magic

Light a candle.
Take one slow breath.

Light your sage and gently move it around your space (and around you) like you’re clearing the air.

Now grab a paper:
• Left side: What I want more of in love
• Right side: What I’m no longer tolerating

Read both out loud. Say it like you mean it.

Then SAFELY burn the right side (over a sink/bowl).
Let it go. Keep the left side somewhere you’ll see it.
