Your hip flexors — especially the psoas and iliacus — become tight from sitting, driving, and even working out without proper warm-up.
When tight, they cause:
• Low-back pain
• Anterior pelvic tilt
• Pinched nerves
• Reduced hip mobility
• Poor posture
This happens because tight hip flexors pull the pelvis forward, forcing your low back into more arch than it’s meant to hold. Over time, this leads to disc pressure, muscle fatigue, and chronic pain.
A simple daily stretch helps realign the pelvis, reduce inflammation, and relieve pressure instantly. Aim for 20–30 seconds per side, once or twice a day.
Your low back will feel the difference.
