Hello CAPE CORAL Friends!!!! Many of you on this page are familiar with me from prior to my relocation to Georgia and subsequent return. I was formerly known to our community here, in Cape Coral, as NEW BEGINNINGS BODYWORK! Unfortunately, I chose to change my business name when I opened in Georgia. Well, we were unable to sell our home and have since moved back. Due to the impact of hurricanes and the current economic climate, it has been VERY slow lately. The Massage Therapist begins with relaxing strokes, then she starts using her thumbs as a guide. Sarah feels the energy moving and flows with that line of connection, usually following it through the insertion of the muscle or meridian. You may also feel vibration, while she is releasing energy blockages and the trigger points within your body. Each session is tailored to your body and life experiences.
