🧠✨ Struggling to quiet your mind during meditation? You’re not alone, my friend. Even the most seasoned meditators get distracted sometimes. The key is to gently return to the breath—again and again—with kindness and patience 💞

Here’s a simple practice you can try:
1️⃣ Focus on your breath or a calming mantra
2️⃣ When thoughts arise (because they will!), notice them and return to your anchor 💨
3️⃣ Repeat gently, without judgment 💗

It’s not about clearing the mind—it’s about returning to presence, one breath at a time 🧘🏽‍♀️🌬️
