✨ Calling EI Speech-Language Pathologists in Chester County, PA

We’re a small, therapist-run OT & SLP practice seeking a part-time or contractor SLP to support a small EI caseload. This opening is due to one of our wonderful SLPs relocating.

Who we are:
• Relationship-based
• Neurodiversity-affirming
• Family-centered EI
• Run by clinicians (not a corporation)

What we offer:
✔ Flexible scheduling
✔ Contractor or hourly options
✔ Small, manageable caseload
✔ Supportive admin and realistic expectations
✔ EI families in Chester County

This could be a great fit if you’re an SLP who loves EI and is looking to add a few clients, return to work gradually, or step away from large agencies and productivity pressure. Looking for someone to start on or around the end of February/beginning of March.

📩 Interested or just curious? Let’s talk.
E-mail: cindy@bloomandgrowtherapy.com

Know an EI SLP who might be a fit? Please tag or share — referrals truly matter 💛

The earliest way a child shares their inner feels is through Automatic Interoception Expressions: crying, leaning in, covering ears, freezing, hiding.

These aren’t “behaviors to fix.”

They’re instinctive expressions of a child’s inner experience.

When adults respond with curiosity instead of correction, children learn:

“My body makes sense. What I express matters. I will be believed.”

This sense of safety becomes the foundation from which reflective communication can grow; those emerging, intentional expressions of their inner world as their body knowledge develops.

Image Description: Pink and green tile with graphics of children crying, hugging their parent, and hiding, that says, “The earliest way a child shares their inner feels is through Automatic Interoception Expressions: crying, leaning in, covering ears, freezing, hiding…these aren’t behaviors to fix, they’re expressions of a child’s inner experience.”
