This week, we’re focusing on education and support for substance use. At LCH, our Behavioral Health team offers a safe, judgment-free space to get help and find resources. You don't have to carry the weight alone.

Here are some facts:
• Anyone can develop a substance use disorder
• Relapse is not uncommon and not a sign of weakness
• Recovery is possible!
