Our first discussed goal is to enhance the Kennett YMCA sauna! We will eventually raise funds for a new higher end heating element!!

These saunas are beautiful and aesthetically appealing but lack the analog experience of a sauna heated by fire.. and hot stones.. these Infrared work tho! And are super convenient. I am not sure which direction I want to go. Thoughts?

My whole body overall felt 100% better after I started going to the sauna daily, for 20 minutes at a time. It would be nice to try to grow the sauna/ cold plunge community in this area to help promote the benefits and drive utilization of saunas locally/globally and maybe get more facilities locally w good sauna situations.. that provide ease and accessibility to promote widespread and daily sauna use.. 💪🤔.. or however much you determine to be the right amount for you. I think 4 days per week should be the minimum but that’s just me.. I am stuck on trying to go daily although it’s OK for me to miss a day here or there. 😬🤣.
