Jenny taught for us for over a decade and was a favorite among the community. Lucky for us, she is making a one day appearance by offering three events.
Warm Embodied Flow 9:15-10:15am
This is a welcoming, all-levels warm yoga class where you’re invited to slow down, listen, and move in ways that feel good for your body. We’ll blend gentle guidance with intuitive movement, giving you space to explore poses organically rather than forcing fixed shapes. Breath, sensation, and body awareness lead the way as you build trust with yourself on the mat. Expect a nurturing, supportive practice that helps you feel more connected, grounded, and at home in your body.
Music & Yoga 10:30-1:30pm
In this immersive three-hour workshop, we’ll explore our personal relationships with music and sound and how they can deepen and elevate yoga practice. We’ll look at both traditional and contemporary uses of sound and music in yoga, and how intentional musical choices can support and enhance asana sequencing.
Sound into Silence 5-6:30pm
A deeply immersive yoga experience designed to help you unwind, soften, and drop beneath the noise of everyday life. Practiced in a gently warm room, this extended class begins with supportive, flowing movement guided by music—allowing rhythm, breath, and sensation to ease you into your body. You’ll be invited to move intuitively, linger where it feels nourishing, and build a deeper sense of body awareness. Throughout the practice, there are optional opportunities to use your voice—through humming, toning, or simple sound—to release tension, connect with breath, and feel vibration move through the body.
