Join us this Friday for a practice that will take you through a restorative yoga sequence accompanied by a guided meditation.

This meditation guides students through granting the physical body full permission to relax and using this release to be fully present with a quiet mind. Restorative shapes are woven in to promote further relaxation.

Additionally, transitions between poses and time spent in silence are thoughtfully placed throughout this meditation.

It’s time!!

Our yearly spring cleanse is right around the corner. It’s a time to do an overhaul of your body and mind so you feel refreshed, renewed, and reinvigorated.

This is not a fast and it’s not a fad cleanse. This is a time tested Ayurvedic cleanse that incorporates diet, lifestyle and herbs to completely reset your whole system.

A traditional 90min vinyasa practice to fit everything in...
Beginning with a short centering and warm-up, Sun Salutations heat the body before continuing with standing and balance poses. Practice continues on the floor with classic back-strengthening, seated twists and forward folds and hip opening. An inversion is offered as well. Class ends with a guided relaxation and meditation. No music so the focus is on the breath. Heated in the mid-80s.

Come for a unique experience to explore your Yinside after a Yang Power Flow. We will start with a fun 75 minute power flow sequence which will include the usual favorites (more core and planks...hooray) followed by a seamless transition into a 45 warm Yin flow. Our Yin practice will be unique as we hold poses with relaxed muscles and further stress our connective tissue and fascia to encourage deeper release. The warm setting will help to explore more accessibility in the hips and spine than is traditionally available in colder temperatures. This combined Yang/Yin practice in the warmer temperature will help detoxify, increase blood flow and ground us in the last phase of the winter chill.

It’s that time! We try to offer this juicy practice once a month, and this is the Friday! Haven’t experienced it yet?

Supreme Release Yoga is a therapeutic style of yoga that works deeply on every aspect of being. It is a gentle and restorative approach to yoga, rooted in the tantrik understanding of the body as a sacred field of the yogic journey. Even though it is slow and deliberate, Supreme Release Yoga holds the potential to ignite the power of transformation, increase the flow of the life force, and gather the inner nectar of rejuvenation to encourage the unfolding of a profound spiritual process.

Supreme Release Yoga works by facilitating a deep and direct relaxation of the core muscles of the body, specifically the deep muscles along the spine. The spine is the central channel of the musculoskeletal system, the nervous system, and the subtle body channels. The spine is also known as the conduit of the supreme spiritual process. When the spine is compressed, tight, rigid, blocked, or overworked, then the body, health, mind, emotions, and the spiritual process are distorted. When we release and nourish the spine, we release what blocks the recognition and expression of the supreme Self.

In this extended practice, we will move through a series of supine and seated postures to decompress and release the entire spine, starting from the tailbone and meticulously working our way up. Once the body is prepared and receptive, we will enjoy a guided relaxation to encourage deep nourishment of the whole body, mind and heart.

It’s time for the next class in the klesha series!

Deepen your experience and understanding of Yoga on and off the mat through the lens of the pancha kleshas, or five hindrances to Self realization. In this monthly workshop we will look at each of the five klesha’s, one at a time, learning their deep meaning and how they relate to our own everyday lives. We’ll have the opportunity to bring a greater awareness of what may be obscuring the truth of who we are, so that we may live more brightly and more freely as we walk the path of Yoga.

Class format:
30 min - talk & discussion
60 min - asana (slow flow) & pranayama
30 min - integration & relaxation

This experience blends nervous system education with embodied chakra exploration. We’ll begin with a brief, accessible discussion of the nervous system—how stress, safety, and regulation shape the way we move, breathe, and feel in our bodies.

From there, we’ll journey through each chakra using meditation, breathwork, and intentional yoga practices designed to support regulation, awareness, and energetic flow. Each segment invites you to sense how the subtle body and nervous system communicate, offering tools to cultivate stability, resilience, and expansion from the inside out.

This offering is both grounding and exploratory—an invitation to alchemize awareness into embodiment, and knowledge into felt experience.
