Important Announcement from The Oaks Senior Nutrition Center

Beginning Monday, November 10th, our center will be closed on Mondays due to a shortfall in funding.

While we work hard to stretch every dollar, rising costs and a necessary $15,000 drain system repair have created financial challenges that we can’t overcome alone. We need your help!

• Visit our center and make a contribution
• Join our fundraising team
• Make a tax-deductible donation to support our seniors

We want to assure everyone — we are not closing our doors permanently.
This change simply reduces our hours as we adjust to current budget limits.

Happy Halloween from all of us at the Kennett Oaks! We had a spook-tacular time singing, dancing, having a costume contest, playing BINGO, cards, and dominos - whew, we're exhausted! It's been such a howling good day! Thanks, Jeff Dorris, for providing the monster mash entertainment, and to our participants who dressed up! Congratulations to Elaine, aka the drowned witch, for winning the costume contest - she really nailed the whole 'drowned' thing! Such a great actress! Also, a very special thanks to our staff and volunteers who make these events possible - you're the real superheroes! Have a safe and happy Halloween everyone!
