Coach Linda took 16 kids to the Jr. Champs meet, 8 qualified for the Sr. Champs 🔥

We have 2 Jr. Champs in the 100 freestyle and 500 freestyle 🏆🏊‍♀️🏆🏊‍♀️

About Us

Carl and Lynda Cadwell, started the Tri-City Court Club with Carl’s parents in 1976 because of their passion for exercise and healthy play. Carl’s initial dream was to build a racquetball court connected to his dental office. That dream went ballistic when they learned about multipurpose clubs that were being built. They wanted a place where individuals and families can play together, friendships are made and fun can happen. A place that is healthy and restorative. Over the last 44 years the Court Club has grown with multiple expansions to provide more services to meet the health needs of our members. The most recent expansion was the Recovery Zone, which focuses on recovery from the stress of life, exercise and injury. So many of you are ready to get back for your health, to lose the Covid-19 pounds, enjoy your friends, laugh again and so much more! We all know that Exercise is Medicine. Our family of members need to get their lives back. Most want to get moving again to restore their health. So Lynda and Carl along with their partners have moved to open the Court Club facilities as The Pacific Clinic which focuses on functional health and wellness. This is an essential business and can operate under the State guidelines. The support and encouragement from everyone are so appreciated. Thank you for believing in us and our dream.
