With each pass, we’re lifting away what your skin no longer needs, revealing fresh, beautiful skin underneath without disrupting your barrier.

Lemon balm is one of my quiet powerhouses in the treatment room.
It’s gentle, calming, and incredibly supportive when the skin (or the nervous system) is feeling overwhelmed.
Benefits for the skin:
• Soothes inflammation- great for reactive, sensitized, or barrier-compromised skin
• Reduces redness- naturally calming to heat + irritation
• Antioxidant-rich - helps protect against environmental stressors
• Supports the barrier- softens, hydrates, and comforts stressed skin
• Antimicrobial- helpful for congestion without being stripping
And my favorite part?
It’s not just topical..: lemon balm helps calm the nervous system, which directly impacts how your skin heals.
This is why I weave herbs into treatments:
old knowledge → modern skin therapy.
Soft, steady, effective.

My facials always come back to three things:
✧ supporting your barrier
✧ calming inflammation
✧ grounding your nervous system
When those three align, your skin changes. And so does the way you feel.

Your facial should never be generic. 💕
Everyone needs something a little different, and I think that’s magical. ✨
There is no one-size-fits-all. Just intentional ingredients chosen for YOUR skin, YOUR season of life, and YOUR goals.
Customized care > trends. Always. 💛

A day off as an esthetician is about refilling what I pour out every week.
Movement to reconnect with my body.
Nourishment that supports my skin and my energy.
Therapy to care for my mind.
Stillness to find myself again.

Once upon a time, I was smearing makeup on the face of a gorgeous 5’11 model in the back room of a warehouse, having designers and hair stylists shout over me and jerk the model’s head from side to side, making my job increasingly difficult. I was waiting on a text so I could hop in an NYC cab and head to the next fashion show location…
Fast forward to 2016, I moved to Tri-cities with a dream to slow down for a little bit... My goal was to settle down for a little while, find a nice paying job and relax with a normal schedule. I was going to make time for “normal” activities like hosting dinner parties and going to the movies, joining a book club- creating a relaxed and mellow environment to thrive in...
You know what I did instead?
I took the biggest risk I could think of, emptying all of the funds I had access to.
I made the best decision of my life.
I formed Urban Radiance.
With Urban Radiance, I had a vision to create not only a space, but a platform where people would receive advice and services for wellness and longevity for both them and the planet.
Our mission is to offer is to offer wellness to both our clients and the world in which we live, by offering the best cruelty free beauty services. I conscientiously designed this studio to be welcoming and relaxing; and to promote a sense of familiarity.
When I’m not at Urban Radiance or blogging, you can find me practicing special effects makeup, playing with my dog at the local dog park, drinking excess amounts of coffee, or spending time with my family.
