TRICKS AND TIPS (From our dentists!) 😁
Halloween is here!, and with it comes ghosts, goblins and goodies - and the sugar in those treats can play some unwanted tricks on your teeth if you’re not careful!
👻 Here are some tips from Forever Smiles Family Dental to avoid those scary cavities this Halloweeen:

🍫 Be Selective. Candies that remain in your mouth for extended periods are worse than others.

🍬 Go Sugar Free. Chewing sugarless gum after meals helps!

🍡 Eat Early. Have a full stomach when trick-or-treating.

🍭 Time It Right. Eat candy with or close to meals as saliva production is highest.

🦷 Brush. (Early and often) after eating candy.

😉 Everything In Moderation. Enjoy your 🍬, but limit it!
