Sunset Heights AFH has an opening for a lady in your life in need of care. We offer care ranges from just needing care with ADLs to bed bound, lifts, and 1:1 feeding. We offer care through end of life with specialties in dementia and end of life care. We offer 24/7 awake staff with double staffing during peak hours. We have a resident care manager on sight. We are locally owned by an RN and ARNP. We are here to help you navigate through this time with your family. Please reach out to Amy for a tour 509.492.0538
