I became a patient of Dr. Vadala’s a few years ago when she was with a different organization. There she was one of many physicians who did orthopedic work on all parts, all the bones. It felt easy to become lost there, just another face that needs checked in and sent to the correct doctor. When Dr.Vadala opened the Hand Clinic I followed. What you’ll find when you go to an appointment there are a fantastic staff who love their jobs and enjoy the work. From the receptionists to Dr. Vadala, you know that all these people care about you and improving your quality of life. As a former nurse, and an older person, I can feel when I’m surrounded by people who are genuinely passionate about helping you. You’re on a first name basis with everyone, even by nursing staff who aren’t directly involved with your care. Dr. Vadala herself sets the tone for the workplace, her positive energy, her vast knowledge of hand anatomy and physiology (which she freely shares with you and the staff), and her upbeat attitude are what make this office the place for any hand difficulties you might have!! I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Vadala and her staff to everyone!!!!!

We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Office Coordinator to join our busy practice. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a positive, professional demeanor. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient office environment.

Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist patients with professionalism and courtesy
* Answer phones and schedule appointments.
* Managing incoming referrals and scheduling patients

Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* experience in an office or customer-facing role, preferably in a front office capacity
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle unexpected challenges with professionalism
* Friendly, approachable, and customer-service oriented
