For our third installment of our Meet the Team series, we’re proud to introduce someone very special — the man who raised Dr. Kiddy.

Meet Mr. Robert Kiddy II, also known around the office as Robert Sr.

He brings a steady, stoic presence to the front desk and serves as a mentor to the entire team. When he’s not helping patients at the office, you’ll likely find him restoring Ford Festivas with his grandson (also named Robert) or grabbing lunch from the food trucks on Vista.

He’s a coffee-over-tea kind of guy and, of course, a loyal Seattle Seahawks fan.

We’re grateful to have Robert Sr. as part of the practice — both as family and as a trusted presence for our patients.

Next up, meet Lili!

Lili loves seeing a patient leave pain free. There’s nothing better than knowing someone walked in uncomfortable and left feeling better.

She’s definitely a coffee person, enjoys a good Graze sandwich for lunch, and if she wasn’t working in health care, she’d likely be planning events, which makes sense, because she’s great at keeping Dr. Kiddy and Isela organized.

We’re grateful to have Lili on the team. Be sure to say hello to her at your next visit!

And of course, she is a Seahawks fan!

First up, we have our girl Isela!

She was our first member of our team when we first opend last year...

She prefers coffee over tea, loves a 'Gaze' sandwich for lunch, and if not working in health care, she would be working in sales!

And of course she is a Seattle Seahawks fan. (You have to be in order to work here!)

Don't hesitate to ask Isela for help regarding your foot problems!

Meet the Team!

This week, we will be posting about our team members here at Kiddy Foot & Ankle.

Make sure you know who prefers coffee vs tea in the office...and who is a big Seahawk fan and who isn't!

Many of our patients are afraid that having an evaluation will always lead to surgery.

That’s not the case.

Our main goal is to understand the problem first. That’s always the starting point. We suggest treatments based on your condition, your needs, and what will help you most over time.

Getting answers doesn’t mean committing to anything beyond clarity.

This could lead to stress in the knees, hips, and lower back.

So, if you have foot or ankle pain, don't ignore it! We want to address these issues as soon as possible so you can stay on your feet and live life on your terms.

Foot and ankle pain often follows this pattern...

1. Heel pain that’s worse in the morning.

2. An ankle that keeps feeling unstable.

3. Pain that improves, then quietly returns.

These patterns can offer important clues about what’s really going on. A focused evaluation helps connect the dots so treatment is based on the cause, not guesswork.

Many people hesitate before scheduling an appointment because they’re unsure if their foot or ankle pain is “serious enough.”

If discomfort is affecting how you walk, stand, work, or rest, that information matters. Pain doesn’t have to be extreme to deserve attention, and early evaluation often provides clearer options.

Understanding what’s happening can bring peace of mind, even when treatment is simple.

Foot and ankle pain is rarely just about the foot.

When pain begins to interfere with your daily routine, it can be a sign of an underlying structural issue. Treating symptoms alone may provide temporary relief, but lasting improvement starts with understanding why the problem exists in the first place.

At our practice, evaluations focus on identifying the root cause and building a treatment plan that supports long-term function and overall foot health.

If pain is affecting how you move or go about your day, getting a precise diagnosis is an important first step.
