Ever catch yourself holding your breath during a stressful shift?

Try box breathing:
👉 Inhale for 4
👉 Hold for 4
👉 Exhale for 4
👉 Hold for 4
Repeat 3–4 times. It’s like a reset button for your nervous system.

But if you’re still feeling exhausted, snapping at loved ones, and dragging through every shift—breathing exercises aren’t enough on their own. You may need more support.
