Homeward Bound: Wanda’s Recovery at Waters Edge

After a fall at home left her needing moderate assistance and support with balance and daily activities, Wanda arrived at Waters Edge determined to get her independence back. With guidance and encouragement from our therapy team, she worked hard each day to regain her strength and confidence.

Now, Wanda is independent once again and ready to return home stronger, steadier, and smiling! We’re so proud of her incredible progress and wish her the best as she continues her journey at home.

Today at Waters Edge, we turned up with excitement with an engaging Alfred Hitchcock scavenger hunt!

A True Caregiver at Heart

We’re proud to celebrate Rick Baldini, Maintenance Director at Waters Edge Health & Rehabilitation Center, for being recognized by AHCA/NCAL as a 2025 Noble Caregiver Award Honoree!

This award honors exceptional frontline staff who go above and beyond to enhance residents’ quality of life, and Rick does exactly that every single day. From maintaining a safe, comfortable environment to personally connecting with residents and supporting facility events, his dedication truly makes a difference.

Rick’s compassion, reliability, and commitment to person-centered care exemplify what it means to be noble in caregiving.
