Some behind the scene pictures from Tuesday night filming at Hawk’s View Golf Club.

We spent time golfing and talking with Mike Bazzoni and Eden Puente for upcoming episodes. We even had Mr. Kim join us on our round of golfing.

As always great conversation, great company, great golf course, great time! Looking forward to more days filming with great people and amazing views.

Take a listen to see where Jeff finds peace.

-Peace. It does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble, or hard work. It means to be in the midst of those things and still be calm in your heart.

You don’t have to suffer in silence.

You don’t have to suffer in silence.

As veterans and first responders, we often learn that keeping our emotions suppressed can be the difference between life and death in very intense moments.

While this may be true, and valuable to stay alive…. When we exit service and those stressful situations, suppressing emotions can be catastrophic to our long-term health and those around us

Next 18 strives to destroy the stigmas associated with the macho mentality, suppressing emotions, not talking about our feelings, and not asking for help because we are “strong enough” to handle it

It is normal to ask for help. No single human can handle all life throws at them on their own. It is ok to talk about the things that we have experienced that have caused trauma

Don’t MAN UP… SPEAK UP
