Our Voyage group had such a fun and creative outing at Pringle Nature Center! 🌿✨ Participants spent the day exploring nature and building their very own gnome houses using natural materials. Each one turned out so unique and full of imagination!

Our Day Service participants had a blast getting creative and building their very own horse racing tracks! From designing the courses to racing their horses, it was a fun-filled day of imagination, teamwork, and friendly competition. 🐎🎉

Neurodiversity Celebration Week is a time to recognize and celebrate the many ways people think, learn, and experience the world.

The individuals featured here are just a few examples of successful public figures who are neurodivergent. Their achievements remind us that having a disability does not mean limitations. With the right support, opportunities, and belief in their abilities, individuals can reach incredible goals and make a meaningful impact.

At the KAC, we are proud to support people of all abilities as they build skills, pursue their goals, and share their talents with the community.

Transportation Update

Due to anticipated hazardous road conditions, the 2:00 AM transportation route to Great Lakes Naval Base is canceled.

In addition, all client transportation routes to the KAC are canceled for the morning.

Dino-mite fun at EHS socialization! 🦖 Kids created a dinosaur collage mural, searched for fossils in the sensory table, and conquered a dino-themed obstacle course—sliding down a “volcano,” walking over “lava,” crawling through a triceratops tunnel, and collecting dino eggs for the nest.

After all the excitement, families enjoyed soup and sandwiches together! 🦕🍲

Our EHS kiddos had a great time getting hands-on in the kitchen during their visit with Women, Infants, and Children Nutrition Program! 👩‍🍳🥗

The kids had fun making food together while learning about healthy ingredients and trying something new. It was a great way to mix learning, creativity, and healthy habits all in one activity!
