A Retirement Farewell to Tom Bain
After nearly 18 years of dedicated service to Piasecki Funeral Home and the families we are privileged to serve, we are saying a bittersweet goodbye to our beloved funeral director, Tom Bain, as he embarks on a well-deserved retirement.
Tom's journey to funeral service was shaped by a rich and diverse career. A proud graduate of St. Joseph High School and the University of Wisconsin Parkside, Tom built a strong professional foundation in finance and administration before following his calling to serve others during their most difficult moments. He went on to earn his degree from Worsham College of Mortuary Science and joined the Piasecki family in the spring of 2007, and we have been better for it ever since.
Over the years, Tom has touched countless lives with his quiet compassion, steady presence, and unwavering dedication to the families who trusted us with the care of their loved ones. He approached every family, every service, and every moment with the grace and empathy that defines truly exceptional funeral service.
Tom, words cannot fully express how grateful we are for everything you have given to this community and to our Piasecki family. You have made a lasting impact that will be felt for years to come.
In retirement, Tom and his wife Nita are looking forward to indulging their shared love of antiquing, with a special passion for pieces tied to Kenosha's rich automotive heritage, particularly anything connected to AMC, Nash, and Chrysler. If you happen to spot something at an antique shop that looks right up their alley, we are sure they would love to hear about it!
We wish Tom and Nita all the joy, rest, and adventure that this next chapter has to offer!
Please join us in the comments to share your well-wishes for Tom as he begins this exciting new chapter!
