We're Hiring! Assistant Office Manager

At Piasecki Funeral Home, Every Detail Counts. Every Memory Matters. and that starts with our team behind the scenes. We're looking for an Assistant Office Manager to join us and play a vital role in supporting our families and staff during life's most important moments.
What you'll do:
- Support day-to-day front office operations
- Work directly with families following arrangement conferences
- Manage documents, obituaries, and service materials
- Assist with chapel setup, community events, and ongoing special projects
- Step in and keep things running smoothly when needed
What we're looking for:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- A warm, professional demeanor and a compassionate heart
- Prior office or administrative experience (funeral home experience not required, we'll train the right person!)
- Comfort with Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new software
The details:
- Part-time / 16-24 hours per week / Flexible scheduling
- Consistent hours through a mix of family service support and ongoing responsibilities
- Hourly compensation commensurate with experience
