Meet our owner, Ouri!
Ouri Marciano is the current owner and administrator of the Dayton Care Center, and is a native of Montreal, Canada (Go Habs Go!). Professionally, he has been in the public accounting arena since September 2002, mastering the tax and audit compliance guidelines for both the US and Canada, with a specialty in real estate tax. He holds a degree in Finance from McGill University. Personally, he was exposed to the assisted living scene at an early age through his father, who was a chaplain for a nursing home. He’s seen first-hand how meaningful it is to connect and brighten the day of someone going through a difficult time. So, when he was presented with the opportunity to purchase the Dayton, it made perfect sense. Even more, he carries a deep appreciation for those who have served or are currently serving to protect the nation. In his personal time, Ouri enjoys cooking, singing, volunteering, and being with his family. He and his wife Elissa have three children: Naomi, Joseph, and Ezra.
