Beauty and Wellness Center

Beauty and Wellness Center With over 18 years in wellness, Beauty and Wellness Center has developed to offer more than just skincare. Here, beauty meets healing. Come as you are.

It’s a space for growth, healing, and confidence—where beauty services are paired with support, empathy, and education. Meet Chantelle

Founder of Beauty and Wellness Center | Licensed Aesthetician | Wellness Coach | Single Mom of Twins | Real-Life Hype Woman

I’m Chantelle — a powerhouse in progress. I’ve worn many hats in my life: teacher, coach, esthetician, mama, motivator, survivor, and entrepreneur. My journey hasn’t been perfect, but it’s been powerful. I’ve lost 125 pounds, escaped toxic relationships, and rebuilt my life from the inside out. I know what it feels like to lose yourself — and what it takes to come back home to who you are. Beauty and Wellness Center isn’t just a place for skincare — it’s a space for self-care. Lashes, facials, and waxing aren’t just services; they’re rituals for reclaiming your confidence. I call it Beauty Therapy — because sometimes what we need isn’t just a glow-up, it’s a moment to breathe, vent, cry, laugh, and feel seen. Whether you’re here for a facial, a fresh start, or both — I’ve got you. Leave feeling like yourself again.

Awareness isn’t about fixing. It’s about noticing.

The trick is learning to see yourself without immediately trying to edit what you see.

So here’s your weekend Beauty Therapy homework:
✍️ Journal prompt — “What have I been avoiding that deserves my attention?”

Sit with it. No judgment. Just notice.

Because before we can move better, eat better, or love better — we have to see ourselves better.

CHANTELLE VOICE
(RAW, REAL, HONEST)

Let me be real for a minute…
Some of us don’t need another “motivational quote.”
We need someone to look us dead in the eye and say:

“Get your s**t together, babe. You deserve better than the chaos you keep choosing.”

Yeah. That.

Because here’s the truth:
Half the things stressing you out?
You already know how to fix them.
Drink water. Eat something real. Move your body. Stop ignoring your feelings.
Stop giving the bare minimum people VIP access to your energy.

But we avoid it because it’s easier to say,
“I’ll start Monday,”
than to admit we’re scared of actually changing.

So let’s do this differently.

This week, I’m not asking you to transform your whole life.
I’m asking you to take ONE uncomfortable step in the direction you keep talking about.

One.
Just one.

Because the version of you you’re trying to become?
She’s already in you.
She’s just buried under exhaustion, excuses, and that “I’ll deal with it later” attitude that we both know is a damn lie.

So show up for her.
Today. Not next week.

And if no one has told you lately:
I’m proud of you.
Even in the mess.
Even in the comeback.
Even when you feel like you’re failing—you’re not.

Now go do the thing you’ve been putting off.
Future you is watching, and she’s tired of waiting.

Let’s be honest for a second…
Most of us don’t give ourselves nearly enough credit for the quiet battles we fight every day.

You woke up today carrying things no one else can see—
the pressure in your chest, the inflammation in your body,
the thoughts you didn’t say out loud,
the habits you’re trying to break,
the ones you’re trying to rebuild…
and you still showed up.

That matters.

Sometimes the hardest part of growth isn’t the discipline—
it’s the gentleness.

The willingness to say:
“I’m doing the best I can with what I know… and I’m learning.”

So today, instead of focusing on what you didn’t get right,
ask yourself one softer question:

“What do I need today to feel supported?”

A moment to breathe?
A glass of water?
A real meal?
A pause?
A boundary?
A little honesty with yourself?

Whatever the answer is—honor it.
Your body, your mind, your skin, your energy…
they’re all responding to the way you care for yourself, or the way you ignore yourself.

There is no rush here.
Just awareness, intention, and compassion.

Be proud of the quiet work you’re doing.
It’s the kind nobody claps for, but it’s the kind that changes everything.

I didn’t start this blog because I have it all together.
I started it because I don’t—and I’m finally done pretending.

This week, we’re not chasing perfect.
We’re choosing honest. consistent. possible.

Maybe you’ve fallen off track.
Maybe you’re staring at the scale, the mirror, the calendar, thinking,
“Here we go again…”

Good.
Because “again” means you’re still in the game.

This space—the Ripple—is for the ones who are tired, inflamed, overwhelmed, and still somehow showing up.
For the ones who start over on a random Tuesday at 3:17 pm, not on Monday “when life calms down.”

This week’s intention:
✨ 4% better, not 400% different
✨ Tiny choices with big impact
✨ More compassion, less shame
✨ Progress over punishment

You don’t need a new body, a new personality, or a new life to begin.
You just need one brave decision that says:

“I’m not giving up on myself. Not this time.”

Let this be that decision.
One ripple. One choice. One week.

Drop a 🌀 if you’re in—and if you’re ready to make this week about showing up, not showing off.

✨ BLOG LAUNCH DAY ✨

The Ripple Blog is officially live.

This isn’t just another wellness blog.
This is the raw, real, beautifully-messy truth behind what it actually looks like to change your life…
one awareness, one intention, one tiny ripple at a time.

I created this space because:
• Awareness saved me.
• Intention grounded me.
• Mindset rebuilt me.
And I know I’m not the only one who needs a place like this.

If you’re craving honesty over perfection, compassion over shame,
and small daily shifts instead of all-or-nothing chaos—
welcome. You’re in the right ripple.

This post may absolutely irritate someone who prefers their wellness wrapped in denial, toxic positivity, or a cute little mason jar.

Sick of starting over every Monday like it’s a personality trait.

This blog is NOT:
❌ Diet culture dressed up as “self-love”
❌ 12-step perfection disguised as inspiration
❌ Wellness that requires you to be a saint, a yogi, or a freaking chia seed

This blog IS:
🔥 Raw awareness
🔥 Call-your-own-bulls**t honesty
🔥 Mindset shifts that won’t kiss your ass
🔥 A safe space for people who actually want to grow — not perform it

Why does this blog matter?
Because the world is full of curated crap, and I’m over it.
Because someone has to say the things nobody wants to admit.
Because real change starts with truth — the uncomfortable, inconvenient, beautifully-liberating truth.

If you’re ready to grow, you’ll love it.

Which means a few lucky souls still have a shot at some Beauty Therapy.
