✨ Avoid Low Back Pain While Shoveling! ✨

Winter chores don’t have to leave you sore. Before you grab that shovel, try these chiropractor-approved tips to keep your spine happy:
❄️ Warm Up First
Think of shoveling like a workout—5 minutes of light stretching goes a long way.
❄️ Use Your Legs, Not Your Back
Bend at the hips and knees, keep the load close, and push the snow instead of lifting when possible.
❄️ Keep a Neutral Spine
Avoid twisting! Turn your whole body instead of rotating from the waist.
❄️ Take Breaks
Short, frequent breaks help prevent fatigue and poor form.
❄️ Switch Sides
Alternate hands to reduce overuse on one side of your body.

Once again this year we’re proud to team up with KUSD schools to raise meal boxes! 🎄☃️

With many families in our own community in need, we’re helping collect the following food items so that families are able to enjoy a holiday meal together. Meal boxes are boxes the National Honors Society puts together & delivers that contain all the food & drink items for a full holiday meal 🍽️.

Starting tomorrow, November 20th through December 16th we’re asking our patients to participate with us and bring in any of the ‘menu’ items listed below ⬇️

We were able to help put full holiday meals on the tables of 25 local families last year! Thank you so much for your support and generosity during the season of giving! 💚
