We are very excited to announce our Employee of the Quarter for Winter 2025, Grace Marotz.
Grace, our Marketing and Community Relations Specialist, joined the team in May of 2023 during a very fast-paced period leading up to the 9th Annual Tri My Best Triathlon. She quickly adapted to the demands of that crunch season and has continued to thrive in a high-energy environment.
Grace plays a critical role in delivering core elements of Medical Support Services’ communication strategy, including community outreach, the Rockstar Attendance Program (among many others), newsletters, coordination with clinical teams, volunteer management, social media management, graphic design, copywriting, and KPI tracking.
She has been instrumental in shaping our events from strategy and design through ex*****on. Thanks to her efforts, our Adaptive Easter Egg Hunt, Special Needs Trunk-or-Treat, and Holiday Cocoa Party for All Abilities have become staple events within the special needs community. Her contributions consistently play a key role in the success of every marketing campaign she works on.
For the Tri My Best Triathlon, Grace captures and documents the event through photography and video, highlighting the moments as athletes cross the finish line. She promotes the race throughout the community by sharing these stories in ways that drive awareness and sponsorships, helping make the event possible. Grace also manages media outreach, coordinates volunteer photographers, and provides on-site support for race-day operations and fundraisers.
Among her many roles, she also works closely with We Rock the Spectrum – Milwaukee, a kids’ gym franchised by our parent company, Tender Touch. In this capacity, she helps identify community-building and advertising opportunities, develops targeted marketing campaigns, and executes them effectively.
Her collaboration with our clinical team is evident every time a child is featured on social media proudly showing how much fun they are having in therapy. Grace is often the one behind the camera bringing the moment to life!
Grace serves as our primary point of contact with the community, and we are grateful to have her representing our organization. She exemplifies the values and commitment that make our team great. We are fortunate to have someone who is not only dedicated to her role but also genuinely invested in our mission of empowering children to succeed, one ability at a time.
Congrats Grace!
