We were a little late in acknowledging the passing of Chuck Norris last week, and for that, we’re genuinely sorry.

Now… Erin would also like to address the rumors.

She has been accused (by absolutely no credible sources 😅) of somehow causing this with her recent birthday post.

To be clear:
Erin did not take down Chuck Norris.
That would be… impossible.

Chuck Norris leaves behind a legacy of toughness, humor, and more one-liners than we can count and we’re grateful for all the laughs over the years.

Also, for full transparency… this photo is AI-generated, so technically Erin has still never met him. Which honestly strengthens her case 😄

Way Back Wednesday 🕰️

We took a little trip to the basement this week… and let’s just say—it’s less “storage” and more pharmacy antique museum in the making 😄

We’re talking old-school pharmacy treasures from vintage equipment, classic apothecary pieces, and enough history to make any pharmacist a little sentimental.

And yes… we can confirm:
We own more mortars and pestles than any one human (or pharmacy) could ever reasonably need 😂
Brass, ceramic, glass, wood… even cast iron.
At this point, we’re not sure if we’re running a pharmacy or preparing to open a mortar & pestle specialty shop.

As time allows, we’ll start bringing some of these pieces upstairs so you can enjoy them too, because honestly, this stuff deserves to be seen (and not just admired by us basement explorers).

So keep an eye out… a few blasts from the past may start appearing around the pharmacy 👀

🌷 Spring Wellness Challenge 🌷

Spring is a great time for a simple health reset. This week we’re challenging our patients to complete at least 5 of these small wellness habits.

☐ Drink 6–8 glasses of water in one day
☐ Take a 15–20 minute walk
☐ Eat at least one serving of fruits or vegetables
☐ Stretch for 5 minutes
☐ Go to bed 30 minutes earlier than usual
☐ Practice deep breathing for 3 minutes
