Our FREE November Open Art Studio (Saturday, November 15th @11:00 AM) will feature the option to create felted stones. Creating felted stones offers a calming sensory experience while giving you a tangible grounding object to take home. Guidance and examples will be provided, and tips for how we can tend to our nervous systems in our busy lives.

*Great for clients who might benefit from the adjunctive support of a licensed art therapist for independent self-exploration, growth, and reflection through art!

Starting next Wednesday, October 29th, Mosaic Therapy Services is offering federal workers a weekly, FREE virtual support group. This semi-structured, therapeutic support group will be held weekly, offering pragmatic tools, creative ideas for coping, and a space to connect.
