We spend our days helping kids build strength, confidence, and coordination… so of course we had to test our own balance skills.

Our Physical Therapy team brings creativity, laughter, and evidence-based movement into every session. Whether it’s obstacle courses, core work, motor planning, or supporting new milestones, they show up every day ready to help kids grow — one wobble, jump, and giggle at a time.

MOCO will be closed on Thursday and Friday for the holiday — no classes or therapy those days — so our team can spend time with family and friends. 💛

💙 November is Family Caregivers Month — and today we’re celebrating our Physical Therapy team AND the caregivers who help kids move, climb, jump, and grow every day.
Physical therapy doesn’t have to look like “exercise.”
A hallway bear walk, a living-room dance break, or a couch-cushion obstacle course can build strength, coordination, and confidence — while keeping things fun.
