I am Julianne Roshan Dow, a holistic wellness practitioner and founder of the Dow Integrative Institute in Kent, Connecticut.

I specialize in integrative, non-invasive healing modalities including Jin Shin Jyutsu, breathwork, mindfulness practices, and Yoga Nidra a deeply restorative guided meditation that supports nervous system regulation, trauma recovery, and profound relaxation.
