I’ve been working with Senior Activity Center to offer reflexology sessions at a reduced cost.

Brunch today was fancy avocado toast.
It was delicious.

Started feeling sick Thursday afternoon. Went straight for pho, kept feet oil and socked at night, slept most of Friday. Kept up on lymphatic drainage and some light immune boosting reflexology!
And of course HYDRATED!!!
Lather, rinse, repeat - as needed.
Feeling so much better today.

Reflexology Review:
“Having never experiencing Reflexology I was somewhat unsure of what to expect considering my neuropathy and RLS.
While receiving treatment the symptoms of these conditions were heightened and a little uncomfortable but tolerable.
After my first session was completed I found the symptoms of these conditions to be minimized for a short period.
With additional sessions I found these conditions easier to tolerate and the symptoms were minimized for longer periods and overall a very relaxing experience.“

1: All the window clings were leftover from my house, and yes, the ONE square was left over the from the very first order and is different than the rest of them! I’ll be fine (insert eye twitch)

2: Nik Cage pillow did not stay. I know he is not everybody’s cup of tea, National treasure though he may be. (IMO)

FIRE CIDER!!
Cold and flue season is here. Making more Fire Cider to replenish the batch I poured a couple weeks ago!
I love how it turns purple and orange. Like a sunrise or sunset- My favorite color palette! 🧡💜🧡💜🌄🌅🌇
