This week we had the pleasure of celebrating LNHA week, and we want to take a moment to give a very special appreciation shout-out to our incredible Administrator, Jana!

Jana's leadership, dedication, and heart for Tamarack Ridge truly set the tone for our entire community. She consistently goes above and beyond-not only ensuring our residents receive the highest quality care, but also supporting and uplifting every member of our team. Her compassion, guidance, and commitment make Tamarack Ridge a place we are all proud to be a part of.

To celebrate her during LNHA Week, our team put together a special gift basket filled with goodies to help her prepare for the exciting arrival of her daughter and the big day ahead. It was just a small token of our appreciation for everything she does for all of us.

Jana, thank you for your leadership, your kindness, and the countless ways you show up for our residents and staff each and every day. We are so grateful to have you leading Tamarack Ridge and cannot thank you enough for the difference you make here.

Please join us in celebrating Jana and wishing her continued success, joy, and an exciting new chapter ahead. We appreciate you more than words can say.

Employee Appreciation Day at Tamarack Ridge! 🎉

We had a great time celebrating our incredible team with Chipotle for lunch and a few small tokens of appreciation, including inspirational pens and notepads.

Our staff’s hard work, compassion, and dedication make Tamarack Ridge such a special place for our residents and families. We are so grateful for everything they do each and every day. Thank you for being the heart of our community!

Our residents got into full rock-painting mode—and the results were absolutely splendid!

From bright colors to creative designs, each rock turned into a little masterpiece. It’s amazing what a little paint, imagination, and a lot of heart can create! 💛

Things got spicy around here at our Staff Chili Cook-Off! 🌶️🔥

Our team brought the heat (and the flavor!) for a fun and delicious competition filled with great food and even better company.

🥇 1st Place: Shannon Rice — who wowed the judges not only with her winning chili, but also with cheesy green chili cornbread and candied bacon with Serrano peppers! Talk about going above and beyond!

🥉 3rd Place: Tammy Miller

Thank you to everyone who participated and made it such a fun event. We’re so lucky to have a team that brings this much flavor to everything they do!

🐰 You’re Invited to Tamarack Ridge’s Easter Egg Hunt! 🐰

Hop on over and join us on March 28 from 10am–12pm at Tamarack Ridge for a morning full of springtime fun!

Enjoy a delicious breakfast, take photos with the Easter Bunny, hunt for eggs, and take part in other festive activities and treats. It’s sure to be an egg-cellent time for everyone! We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

The Starlight Soirée dance with Pam Middleton was a huge hit! The room was filled with singing, dancing, laughter, and of course, delicious food. ✨❤

Our Queen and King had an absolute blast, and the joy was shared by all of the participating residents. It was truly a magical evening under the “starlight”!

We wrapped up our Week of Love with heart-shaped cookies and pretzels—but the real sweetness is our incredible staff. The gifts and snacks are just a small way to show gratitude for the compassion, teamwork, and care they give every single day. That’s the true reward.

We also celebrated our Caught Loving Contest winners—the three team members who received the most nominations for going above and beyond!

🌸 Ebonee Taylor-Davis (Dayshift STNA) won a Valentine’s Day Stanley bouquet with Sol de Janeiro Beija Flor Jet Set goodies.
👜 Melissa Jones (Nightshift STNA) received a puffy tote bag filled with a 2026 planner, pink and purple gel pens, and Touchland hand sanitizer spray.
🛁 Jessica Thomas (Dayshift STNA) won a full spa set with relaxing bath salts, oils, candles, and more.

Congratulations to all three for being “Caught Loving” and making such a difference at Tamarack Ridge!
