Just after the holidays, and at the turn of the new year… We are putting on a vision board night.🫶🩷

We will help guests with their creativity, and will have prompting questions as we look to the future of 2026. Participants will also learn about manifesting, intention setting, and getting goals on a pathway to completion!

All of this to say, creating a vision for our worlds helps us to create a reality we enjoy.

Sometimes that means taking attention away from life’s difficulties, allowing us to be looking closer at a plan to achieve and make vision into reality.

Participants are welcome to bring their own beverage to drink, but we will provide snack snacks, and all of the supplies needed for your vision boards.

Kathy will lead a meditation, and Carly will deliver a little reiki to help everyone get kicked off.

It’s going to be a wonderful night to start a new year with everything but resolutions.🩷🩷

When? Thursday, October 30 from 6:00-7:00pm 🎃

Get ready for a frightfully FUN yoga class with Kathy, designed to delight and inspire your inner spirit. 👻 Suitable for anyone— from beginners to experienced yogis, who want to have some fun. 🥳🥰

We will use projector lights, glow sticks, and a Halloween play list. Feel free to wear some cat ears or anything that feels fun and festive!
